The Dzierzanowski family belongs to the old Polish nobility of the Province of Mazowiec. Members of this family are already cited in 1517 in various documents of the city of Lonza.
The coat of arms reproduces the wall of a castle with an open door from which appears a warrior in armor with shield and lance. The walls of the castle are red, with three battlements; the sky of gold and the earth green.
This coat of arms belongs also to the Grzymala family, by reason of which they are believed to have a common origin with us.
Angelica Dzierzanowski, brought into the light in 1804 Theodoro Andrault de Langeron, so giving a way for this ancient and noble family to not extinguish itself with Alessandro, Marshall of the Russian Empire.
